About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dusty Valor (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you play the game on iPhone or iPad and when you open this page. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Social casino-style game with virtual coins

Dusty Valor simulates chance-based battles: warriors and weapons are drawn at random, and the side with more power points wins virtual coins. Coins can also be found in bonus chests and spent on Book cards inside the game.

• Coins are virtual, exist only inside the app and have no monetary or real-world value.
• The app offers no real-money gambling, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed for prizes, exchanged for real currency, sold, traded or transferred to anyone.
• When your balance runs low, the game gives you free coins so you can keep playing.
• Practice or success in this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Apple is not a sponsor of this game and is not involved in any way with its virtual coins.

Adults 18+ only

The app is intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. Parents and guardians can restrict access with Screen Time and App Store age restrictions on the device.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. There is no registration, no login and no player profile on our servers. We never ask for your email, phone number, location, contacts or payment details, and the app never accesses your photo library.

To save your game, the app stores the following on your device only:

• coin balance and highest balance reached;
• number of battles, victories and winning streaks;
• opened bonus chests, unlocked Book cards and earned rewards;
• your vibration setting and whether you have already seen the introduction;
• optionally, the player name you type and the profile photo you take in the Profile screen.

This data is not sent to us or to anyone else.

No ads, analytics or tracking

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier, does not track you across other apps or websites and does not sell or share any data.

Camera and profile photo

Taking a profile photo is optional. The only permission the app may ask for is camera access, and only after you tap Take Photo in your profile. The camera is used solely to take that photo. The app does not use the microphone, location or notifications and never opens your photo library.

The photo is cropped to a square and saved only inside the app on your device. It is never uploaded, shared or used for face recognition. You can replace it by taking a new one, and it is erased by Settings → Delete game progress or by uninstalling the app. You can turn camera access off at any time in iOS Settings.

Internet use and this page

The game itself works without an internet connection. The only online feature is the Privacy Policy button in Settings, which opens this page inside the app. As with any website, the server hosting this page may automatically process standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, solely to deliver and protect the page. This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.

Downloads and updates of the app are handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy.

Keeping and deleting your data

Game progress, your player name and your profile photo stay on your device until you remove them. You can erase them at any time:

Settings → Delete game progress or uninstall the app

If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, those backups may include the app’s data and are managed by Apple or your backup provider under their own terms. We have no copy of your progress to access or delete.

Security and your rights

Your game data is kept inside the app’s private storage protected by iOS. Because we do not collect or hold personal information, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, export or delete under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA. You are still welcome to contact us with any privacy question.

If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version at this address and update the effective date at the top of the page.
